Kai Ji

Kai Ji is a marketer turned artist. His works explore his identity as a transnational in late capitalism. In his latest work, he intends to recycle the mode of working as a corporate marketer, which is that everything one does has to be on brand. M&Ms was one of the brands he worked on. In transforming this ubiquitous snack in his works, he is rethinking his relationship with capitalism. At the same time, he is also writing a screenplay that is inspired by the classic novel Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus by Mary Shelley.
